Withdrawal from the Contract

Please do not send the goods back yourself. Our registered office is unable to accept returns or parcels.
We will arrange collection of the goods from you at our expense and confirm receipt by email.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the Contract – order or invoice number:

If the buyer is a consumer and has ordered goods through the online store operated by VictoryImport s.r.o.,
Jičínská 226/17, Prague 3 (the “Company”), or by another means of distance communication, the buyer has the right, except in the cases specified in
Section 1837 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, to withdraw from the concluded purchase
contract within 14 days of the date on which the contract was concluded or, in the case of the purchase of goods, within 14 days of
receiving the goods. If the contract concerns several items or the delivery of goods in several parts,
this period begins on the date of delivery of the last item or part. In the case of a contract under which
goods are to be delivered regularly and repeatedly, the period begins on the date of the first delivery.
The buyer shall notify the Company of the withdrawal electronically by
email at info@korejskaskincare.cz as stated in the model form.
If a buyer who is a consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, the buyer shall send or hand over to the Company, without undue
delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the purchase contract, the goods received from the Company.
If a buyer who is a consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, the Company shall refund the money received
(the purchase price of the delivered goods) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal from the purchase contract.
The Company is not required to refund the money received to the buyer before it has received the returned goods.
